Refund policy
Pre-Event Rental Refund Policy
- 100% refund will be applied on orders canceled more than 90 days before the event date OR within 24 hours of placing the order.
- 50% refund OR 100% future credit will be applied on orders canceled within 90 days before the event date AND prior to shipping (shipping date varies based on your location).
- Rental orders are non-refundable once they have shipped to you.
- If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- All refunds are subject to a 7% refund processing fee.
Post-Event Rental Refund Policy
- We will consider a refund if you experience an equipment malfunction and notify us during the event or within 24 hours of the event. Acceptable forms of contact are through text message via the SMS support numbers provided with your order instructions, or by phone (888-902-0054), or by email (team@pixilated.com).
- We will not consider a refund if: 1) you fail to notify us of any equipment malfunction as stated in the bullet point above, 2) you do not use the equipment, 3) you have minor issues that can easily be fixed by contacting support or by using the troubleshooting guide provided with your order - such as camera connection issues, failure to change out the battery packs or letting the power drain completely.
- Refund eligibility will be considered once the equipment has been returned and inspected.

Purchase Refund Policy (for Non-Rental Products)
- All digital products are non-refundable. This includes virtual photo booth.
- All printed photos and/or custom printed items are non-refundable.
- Photo Booth Kits that are purchased outright (not rented) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if returned in like new condition. Equipment that is used or damaged is not eligible for a refund.
