Outbound Shipping

Pixilated offers free two-way shipping when your order is eligible for UPS Ground. 

For event rentals to be eligible for free shipping, your order must be placed more than 7 business days prior to your event date. Orders placed within 7 business days of your event date may require expedited shipping at additional cost.

How to determine whether or not your order is eligible for free shipping:

Note: Cut-off for same-day shipping is 2:00pm ET. 
Orders placed after 2:00pm ET will ship the following day.
  • If your event is more than 7 business days from today's date, your order IS ELIGIBLE for free shipping and will arrive 1-2 days prior to your event.
  • If your event is in 7 business days or less please check the map to see if your order will arrive by the business day before your event
    • If it will arrive on or before the business day before your event, your order IS ELIGIBLE for free shipping.
    • If it will not arrive by the business day before your event, your order IS NOT ELIGIBLE for free shipping. In this scenario, you can choose one of the the expedited options and pay the associated shipping fees.

We schedule all orders through UPS to arrive at minimum one business day prior to your event date to assure that you have the equipment in your possession on time. Sometimes equipment may arrive 2 days prior to your event.

Force Majeure. In no event shall Pixilated be responsible for any shipping delays once package has been given to UPS or alternate carrier hereunder arising out of or caused by, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer services.

 

Return Shipping

All customers agree to ship the equipment back to Pixilated, reusing the same packaging it arrived in and affixing the included pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of the box. Shipments must be processed by UPS at any UPS location within one business day following the event date unless another shipping arrangement has been arranged and approved by a Pixilated representative.

If customer fails to ship the equipment back to Pixilated the next business day following the event date, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of $149.00 per day until the equipment has been shipped.

If customer fails to return any rental equipment, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the full replacement cost of the rental equipment.

Each return shipment is carefully inspected when it is returned to Pixilated. If any component of the equipment is missing from the return shipment, or if any component returns damaged, customer will be charged for the replacement cost of the missing component(s). Component replacement costs are listed below.
