How to Request a Tax Exempt Pixilated Account
To initiate the process, please send an email to team@pixilated.com with the subject line: Tax Exempt Account Request.
In the email, please include:
- Your Organization Name
- Your Name
- Your Email and Phone Number
- Attach your Tax Exempt certificate/documention
Approval Process
After we receive your request, our team will review the information provided. Please allow us 1 business day to review.
Once approved, we will create a customer account for your organization on pixilated.com using the information provided. Your account will be designated as tax exempt, ensuring that eligible purchases made through the account will not include any applicable taxes.
Notification and Account Activation
Once your Tax Exempt Account has been set up, we will promptly notify you with instructions on how to log in via the contact email provided.
